Patients and Community .

Dear Fellow, American Urgent Care Centers Employees and Members of The Medical Staff,

In a year that has brought us all unexpected challenges, I have also seen warmth, care and commitment demonstrated at every turn. I would like to sincerely thank you for your support and pass on our warmest wishes to you and your loved ones.

I also am grateful for our dedicated staff, who continue to provide clinical excellence and compassion each and every day, who go above and beyond to serve others despite challenges imposed the pandemic. Daily I witness their extraordinary acts of service, courage, and resilience. I am very blessed to associate with each of them – a team who works hard and respects those around them.

As I celebrate these holidays with hope and thoughts of renewal, I am also mindful that some among us are still facing unprecedented difficulties and challenges. My hope is that in the new year, we will continue to find new ways of working together and supporting on another so that we can make an even bigger impact on the health and wellness of our community.

We now move ahead – together – with the hope of even-brighter days to come! Let’s never lose sight of the many blessings we’ve been given and remember that even the simplest act of kindness can make a world of difference to those around us. Our future is going to be filled with boundless opportunities to transform care and continue to meet the needs of the community while maintaining that which is most important, the mission and core values.
